My husband was in a car accident on Friday. He took today off from work because no one from Germania seemed to be available on the weekend.

Today, he was told that his car was totaled, but not provided more information. I sent a message to Kelley, asking for our policy.

It was literally 6 minutes later that I received a response!

Then when I called to ask questions about what the policy meant, she answered them all and I could see the smile on her face through the phone.

As a manager, I don’t always hear from happy customers – it is mostly complaints. So, I wanted to send a positive note for your day…
